Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water for 8 minutes, then add broccoli and cook 2–3 more minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer until slightly thickened.
