  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cube the pumpkin into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Toss pumpkin in a bowl with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
  4. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
