Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam broccoli until tender then finely chop.
- In a bowl mix broccoli cheese breadcrumbs eggs and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 22–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
