- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the beef and sauté until soft.
- Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
