Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear beef on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth, cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer to reduce slightly.
- Stir in parmesan until melted. Return beef to skillet and simmer until tender.
- Add cooked rotini and toss to coat in sauce. Heat through.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
