Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/3 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, salt, and pepper and cook until the beef is fully cooked.
- Lay out tortillas and in the center of each, layer cheese slice, cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and dressing.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla inward to form a circular wrap.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
- Slice and serve warm.
