Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter for cooking


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, salt, and pepper and cook until the beef is fully cooked.
  2. Lay out tortillas and in the center of each, layer cheese slice, cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and dressing.
  3. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward to form a circular wrap.
  4. Heat oil or butter in a skillet. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
