Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil


Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Brown the sausage in the same pan, breaking into crumbles, then set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper and scramble in butter until soft and fluffy.
