Ingredients
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Return the steak to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
