Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat. Use pasta water to loosen if needed.
  7. Season with black pepper and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
