Ingredients

- 1 cup finely chopped apples (peeled)
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in apples.
- Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, fry 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar to coat.
- Warm caramel sauce and drizzle over donut holes before serving.
