Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Fold in the cooked gnocchi and stir until coated with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top, cover, and let cheese melt.
