Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Fold in the cooked gnocchi and stir until coated with sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top, cover, and let cheese melt.
