Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice or shred cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the chicken and mix well.
  3. Mix in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until evenly combined.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly in a skillet to make them pliable.
  5. Place chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and fold tightly.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
