Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with chicken pieces. Dot with butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and rice is fluffy.
