Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in pasta, chicken, half of the cheddar and mozzarella, and most of the bacon.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheeses and bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
