Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in pasta, chicken, half of the cheddar and mozzarella, and most of the bacon.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheeses and bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add Parmesan for extra cheesy flavor on top.
