Ingredients

- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups enchilada sauce

- 1/2 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add chicken and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce; mix to coat.
