Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ½ cup marinara, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup parmesan.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Pinch dough edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove, spoon remaining marinara over each roll, top with remaining cheese.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
