Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ½ cup marinara, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup parmesan.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Pinch dough edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove, spoon remaining marinara over each roll, top with remaining cheese.
  8. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
