Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden; set aside.
  4. Add veggies to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, pour in sauce, and toss until coated.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

  • Add sesame oil for extra flavor at the end.
