Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet, cook mushrooms until golden. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Sprinkle flour, stir, then slowly whisk in chicken broth. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in chicken and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Stir in half of the cheddar and Parmesan.
