Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cooked beets, diced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
