Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup holiday M&M’s
- 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stir constantly for 3 minutes.
- Pour caramel over crackers and spread evenly. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot caramel. Let sit 2 minutes then spread.
- Top with M&M’s and sprinkles. Chill in fridge 1 hour or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
