Ingredients

  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup holiday M&M’s
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stir constantly for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour caramel over crackers and spread evenly. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot caramel. Let sit 2 minutes then spread.
  6. Top with M&M’s and sprinkles. Chill in fridge 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
