  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed mini pretzels or holiday sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, and baking soda.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in M&Ms, chocolate chips, and any extras.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
