Ingredients
- 9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup holiday M&M’s
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Place Chex cereal in a large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over it. Stir gently to coat.
- Transfer coated cereal into a large zip-top bag. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Add M&M’s and gently mix. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
