Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt separately, then add to wet mixture.
- Divide dough in half, chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll one half into a rectangle and spread with cinnamon filling.
- Roll into a log and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Place on lined baking sheets and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool cookies completely on wire rack.
- Mix icing ingredients and pipe in swirls over each cookie.
