Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
