Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente drain and reserve pasta water.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant then add paprika and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken season with salt and pepper cook until golden and done.
- Return pasta to skillet toss with chicken and sauce adding pasta water as needed.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley toss well.
- Serve immediately with extra buttery sauce on top.
Notes
- Add a splash of cream for a richer sauce.
- Increase red pepper flakes for more heat.
- Reheat leftovers with a splash of broth or water.
