Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 brioche or sesame seed buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- Mix mayo mustard pickle juice garlic powder and paprika to make crack sauce. Chill until ready to use.
- Shape ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Press an indent in the center of each.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
- In a skillet or on the grill cook burgers 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheese on top during the last minute and cover to melt.
- Butter and toast buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Spread crack sauce on both buns. Assemble burgers with lettuce tomato cheesy patty and bacon.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
