Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cut steak into cubes and season with pepper.
- Optional: Sear steak bites in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Add steak, garlic, and onions to crockpot.
- Mix Worcestershire, soy sauce, and broth. Pour over steak.
- Top with butter. Cover and cook on low 4–5 hrs or high 2–3 hrs.
- Stir before serving. Garnish with parsley.
