Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cut steak into cubes and season with pepper.
  2. Optional: Sear steak bites in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side.
  3. Add steak, garlic, and onions to crockpot.
  4. Mix Worcestershire, soy sauce, and broth. Pour over steak.
  5. Top with butter. Cover and cook on low 4–5 hrs or high 2–3 hrs.
  6. Stir before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Searing is optional but adds flavor.
  • Use a cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
