Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly and add to a large bowl.
  3. Chop parsley and add to the bowl.
