Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 6 mini sweet peppers
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Slice mini sweet peppers into thin rings, removing seeds.
- In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
