Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup finely diced apples (peeled)
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- While warm, drizzle or dip in caramel sauce before serving.
