  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and butter. Let simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.
  5. Serve topped with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley.
