Ingredients

- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
