Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add parsley, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over top. Simmer 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest before slicing. Serve with sauce drizzled on top.
