Ingredients

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked, then let rest and slice.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt or mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
