Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 bell peppers (red yellow green) chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Chop bell peppers onion and garlic and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season with paprika chili flakes salt and pepper.
- Stir in chopped bell peppers and cook for 5–6 minutes until slightly tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
