Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 bell peppers (red yellow green) chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped


Instructions

  1. Chop bell peppers onion and garlic and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook until browned breaking it up as it cooks.
  5. Season with paprika chili flakes salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in chopped bell peppers and cook for 5–6 minutes until slightly tender.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
