Description

Halloumi salad with mint and pomegranate is a refreshing, vibrant dish perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Grilled cheese meets fresh greens and sweet pomegranate in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
