Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed and patted dry)
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 4 large eggs

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease muffin tin.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain and set aside.
