Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for mac)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk and garlic powder, season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and whisk until smooth. Add pasta and mix.
