Ingredients
- ½ lb steak, sliced thin
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- ½ onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice steak and season with salt and pepper. Peel and prep shrimp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Sear steak for 1–2 minutes per side, then remove.
- Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to wok. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Add snap peas and stir for 1 more minute.
- Return steak and shrimp to the wok. Pour in sauce and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
- Don’t overcook shrimp for best texture.
- Marinate steak for extra flavor.
- Spice it up with chili flakes.
- Serve with rice or noodles as desired.
