Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Slice potatoes and onion thinly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and paprika (if using).
