Ingredients
- 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour marinade over them. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Simmer leftover marinade in a small saucepan and stir in cornstarch slurry until thickened.
- Once chicken is cooked through and caramelized, remove from oven and let rest.
- Drizzle thickened glaze over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
