Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

- 3 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan with sausage slices.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, and roast another 10 minutes until golden.
- While roasting, whisk together honey, garlic, a pinch of salt, and olive oil in a saucepan and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Transfer roasted sweet potatoes and sausage to a bowl, pour glaze over top, and toss to coat.
