Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
- 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or heat skillet over medium heat.
- In a saucepan whisk together sriracha honey soy sauce garlic vinegar and sesame oil. Simmer until thickened slightly.
- Place salmon fillets on baking tray or in skillet and brush glaze on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side.
- Steam broccoli and prep cucumber and carrots.
- Assemble bowls with rice salmon veggies and extra glaze.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
