Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or heat skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a saucepan whisk together sriracha honey soy sauce garlic vinegar and sesame oil. Simmer until thickened slightly.
  3. Place salmon fillets on baking tray or in skillet and brush glaze on top.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Steam broccoli and prep cucumber and carrots.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice salmon veggies and extra glaze.
  7. Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
