Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
