Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rice and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
- In another pan, sauté carrots and spinach with sesame oil until tender.
- Fry eggs sunny-side-up until whites are set.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beef, veggies, and fried egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
