Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- In a saucepan, heat maple syrup, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
