Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar together, then add eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  4. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  5. While baking, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
  6. Remove brownies from oven and spread the fudge evenly on top.
  7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the fudge layer.
  8. Toast marshmallows under broiler for 1–2 minutes or use a kitchen torch.
  9. Cool completely, lift from pan, and cut into squares.
