Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut mozzarella into small cubes.
- Take a portion of meat, flatten it, place mozzarella in the center, and form into a sealed ball.
