Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 large apples peeled and chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs

- 2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Mix oats, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Spread oats in the dish and scatter chopped apples on top.
- Pour wet mixture over oats and apples.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set and apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with syrup or toppings.
