Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Spread oats in the dish and scatter chopped apples on top.
  5. Pour wet mixture over oats and apples.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until set and apples are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with syrup or toppings.
