Ingredients

  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated


Instructions

  1. Cook potstickers in a skillet with oil until golden then steam until heated through remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet add sesame oil sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add bell peppers snap peas carrots and green peas stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Whisk soy sauce and hoisin sauce together pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
  5. Return potstickers to skillet and toss gently with vegetables and sauce.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Add chili paste for extra spice.
  • Use any vegetables you like.
