Ingredients
- 12 frozen potstickers
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
Instructions
- Cook potstickers in a skillet with oil until golden then steam until heated through remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet add sesame oil sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers snap peas carrots and green peas stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Whisk soy sauce and hoisin sauce together pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Return potstickers to skillet and toss gently with vegetables and sauce.
- Serve hot.
